1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shlumi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Shlumi is an AI Agent Firewall that detects and blocks automated browser agents on websites. The Service includes a JavaScript detection script, a management dashboard, webhook delivery, and related APIs.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the detection algorithms
- Use the Service to discriminate against protected classes of users
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Shlumi and its licensors. You retain ownership of your data. You grant Shlumi a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect every bot or prevent all unauthorized access. Detection accuracy depends on the sophistication of the automated agent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shlumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
