Shlumi collects information necessary to provide the AI Agent Firewall service. This includes:

• Account information (name, email address) when you register
• Browser fingerprint signals collected by the embedded detection script (user-agent, viewport size, JavaScript feature availability)
• IP addresses and request metadata for bot detection purposes
• Usage data such as the number of detection sessions processed

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Shlumi detection service
• Compute bot risk scores and enforce access rules on your behalf
• Send service-related communications (billing, security alerts)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Detection session data is retained for 90 days by default. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and for 30 days after deletion. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

4. Cookies

Shlumi uses session cookies for authentication. The detection script does not set cookies on your visitors' browsers. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs data shared during checkout. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
